It is still the start of the new year, time to get serious about your health. Think of the year ahead, do you want vitality or do you want to be a couch potato. It is your choice. It is possible to look and feel like a new you this year.
You need to see the new year with your own eyes, not filtered by the bias of others. Don’t look like a movie star? You are still beautiful. Be the best you can be.
Write out your goals this time. What are you going to look like this time next year? Happy with the way you look? Great. Not happy? Change the way you look and feel a bit at a time, a step at a time. Don’t try to do it overnight, that just leads to a downward spiral.
Time to start an exercise program. Start slow with something you really enjoy and will stick to on a regular basis.
